Hi there! My name is Jacki Britton, and I am the virtual assistant extraordinaire around these parts. I was born and raised in the greater Sacramento area, and although I love to roam, I always seem to make my way back to California and have been grounded here for the past 15 years. I am well-versed in computer and office technologies with 20 years of experience underneath me. Upon graduating high school in 1999, I quickly enrolled and completed an office technologies course and promptly enrolled at a local college focusing on computer information systems. I have since shifted my educational goals to include small business management and entrepreneurship degree. With a thirst for knowledge from a very young age, I am always trying to build upon my current skill set to be the best virtual assistant. With technology constantly changing, the only way to stay ahead of the game is to try your best to stay ahead of current trends.
Twenty years of hands-on experience and post-secondary education in computer information systems, business management, and office technologies make me the perfect fit for your behind-the-scenes business needs. I am forever expanding on my skillset because it is best for myself and my clients and because I love learning.
